How to flash LG L65 stock firmware using LG flash tool

Before you begin :

Download LG L65 firmware
Download LG flash tool 2014 software
Download latest LG phone drivers on your PC
Original USB cable for smooth connectivity
Windows based computer with windows 7 or 8

Complete Mechanism :

Download LG flash tool 2014 zip file on your PC and extract it.

Open LG flash tool extracted folder and double click on ‘lgflashtool2014.exe’ file to run the software.

Next, you need to move the downloaded KDZ file of your device on the extracted LG flash tool folder.

Now boot your LG phone into download mode following instructions :

Power off your phone and prepare your USB cable by connecting it to your PC.
Press and hold volume button for 3 seconds and connect the USB cable to phone while still holding volume up button until the phone will show up the download mode screen.

On Lg flash tool flashing window, select ‘CDMA’ on device type bar and ‘Diag’ on phone mode bar.

Now click yellow folder icon and browse the downloaded .kdz file. Then select and click on ‘CSE flash’ button.

Normal Flash : Install new firmware without lose your data.
CSE Flash : Install new firmware, reset phone to factory defaults and delete all user’s data.

Now click on the ‘Start’ button on the next window to continue the process. And click ‘Ok’ on the next window showing language setup. No need to select desired language, it automatically change to English as a default settings.

Wait until the LG flash tool installs the new firmware to your LG phone. Progress will also be shown on the screen of your phone. Finally, your phone will be restarted and boot to android launcher.
